Not a single scratch, dent, tick, artifact, or piece of dust.
The lens spent it’s entire life outside the box with a polarizer filter on the front front glass. The front glass has been physically cleaned twice; once when the polarizer was put on, and once when taking pictures for this add. So the protective coating on the front glass is intact. This lens was mounted to a Canon EOS R5 maybe 1 or two times. I tried to get as detailed pictures as possible.
It’s an incredible lens, silent operation. No problems with image stabilization. Incredibly sharp. I understand why it costs what it does.
